Great experience !!! We stopped in just to look, yes just to look. Kevin the sales rep, was friendly & thanked us for stopping by, then went on to help other customers, which was nice, time to look on our own. One reclining loveseat in the fabric & style we were looking for our retirement cabin, square footage is 1000 sq ft, so wanted a smaller one. We told Kevin our price range & he was able to meet it. I placed an order with Barron's in November which I decided to cancel two months prior to the ship date, and they proposed a 12% cancellation fee for restocking. When I attempted to negotiate a lower price due to the fact that it obviously hadn't left the warehouse, Kevin accused me of trying to bribe him with a five star review. Very rude. Needless to say I will never consider them in the future.
Quick. Easy. Always friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery guys beat me home and were extraordinary!
They have a great selection of furnishings and are fantastic in helping you to make a selection that fully matches your furnishing ideas. Their quality is also excellent! No pressure, helpful and an easy shop!
