Took forever with my case. Then just stopped responding. If your legal insurance or you are thinking about using them, DONT! I had to contact attorney Coombs supervisor only to be told there is some vague conflict of interest amongst other reasons. Others have posted similar results.
Our experience with attorney Mike Truesdale and this firm has been deeply disappointing. After a judge ruled in small claims court that Mr. Truesdale’s client owes us payment, he has refused to comply with the judgment or facilitate payment, despite being fully aware of the court’s decision. Manny and Kevin Crocker represented us in getting back 11 cars that had been wrongfully held by a storage facility/car dealership. Great legal work and terrific results on a case that did not have a lot of documentation. The case they presented to the mediator was superb.
This firm has been given to me by my Metlife plan, I have a simple matter for collecting a court order judgement for 8 k . I guess this is not worth their time and quickly say conflict of interest BUT CANNOT tell me what that conflict is ? I am sure their is no conflict as this is a local bodyshop avoiding legal judgement .. I would be skeptical as I don't buy this conflict of interest. If you as a attorney can not enforce a judges order than how successful are you in other matters or this is about not enough money ?
