Never been impressed Sure, Barrington Saddlery has all the bells and whistles. They also have fairly outrageously high prices that aren't noticed by their modal customer in this affluent area. Shop online and save your money.

horserider It is expensive, the help is not always helpful, and if you pay in cash, and then do not have the receipt, the manager tells you that she can only refund the amount by check (which I do not even think is legal)- but it has a beautful ambiance-
soooo much nicer I think since they changed management and staff over the past months, it's definetly better, much more merchandise and good prices, they seem to be getting better lower end things and the staff was very helpful and seemed to be experienced. Cool casual clothes, love the new ariat jeans!
Great tack shop I love this store, and I always walk out with some extra little treat I don't need but love to death. In addition to a wide selection and a helpful staff, they have an excellent blanket washing/repair service.
I travel 100 miles to this store I travel to Barrington Saddlery at least once a quarter fron NW Indiana. Their prices are always cheaper than local tack shops here and service is better. I was looking for a new helmet and one of the assistants spent over an hour helping me find the right one. True enough, that some of their prices are the same as other places, but, they have great sales (I got a pair of winter riding boots for 60% off last year). I found a special saddle pad that online was $25 more than Barrington's. They ... read more
