Beautiful rooms and decor. Laundry services and cleaning of rooms is not very good. Clothing has gone missing even when marked. Social care is almost non existent. Not much mental stimulation as a lot of activities get cancelled and residents are not informed
Well kept gardens and buildings. Most staff are internationals with very low English skills, so meals are often incorrect. Staff don't always come when bell is rung which is a concern if you are sick. Great chaplaincy work. Hardly anything much for the tenants to do. Hopefully this can change.
The Chef in the kitchen is producing phenomenal meals,with fresh correctly cooked vegetables,including specialised individual deserts.
Lovely and well presented facility. Gives off a warm and homely atmosphere compared to many other homes.
