Phoned up to ask what the hourly rate is and nobody knew apart from the lawyer, Benjamin Shearer, but you need an appointment to speak to him to ask this question, I've worked with lawyers before and this seems a bit odd, why would I waste time speaking to him if it turns out he's too expensive?
