Thanks to Barrie my shoulders no longer hurt, my posture has improved, and I feel more functionally mobile to go outside and explore. I learn more every visit and leave my appointment relaxed and calm.
Barrie is amazing! Through gentle manipulation and coaching she can help you train your body to be more functional and reduce pain. She has a lovely, warm, quiet energy and puts you at ease immediately.
I have really enjoyed working with Barrie. She is extremely knowledgable and has been very supportive in teaching me how to relax the muscles in my body using different sized soft balls and mindfulness. The work she does with the Trager Approach and massage is truly magic! Her techniques have been a huge contributor to healing the pain in my shoulder. I highly recommend Barrie Robbins!
My mobility has been deteriorating markedly for some time. Had a hip replaced, visited many MD's, had substantial physical therapy but my condition kept getting worse and worse.
