In continuation of my previous review, I would like to acknowledge the improvement in services. While I haven’t had the chance to meet all the staff, I’m sure there are many talented professionals, and if the girls manage their own appointments without a receptionist, in such cases, it’s important to ensure that the given timings are adhered to. Bad experience multiple times. Poorly managed. Clients are made to wait for hour in the car in snow cold. "Priorities are not made specially on Mondays and Fridays." While giving the massage service if phone rings or door bell rings the masseuse girl leaves you in between to attend to other customers. The spa does not invest $$ to hire a receptionist.
