This place is fantastic for both physiotherapy and massage! I have had an amazing experience with the team here. Jessica is hands down the best massage therapist I have seen—her deep tissue massages are next-level. The room is always clean, quiet, and super relaxing, which makes a big difference. I also highly recommend Tri and Spencer for physio—they really know their stuff and make you feel supported every step of the way.
Catherine is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever been to. Not only you get a heavenly feeling when getting a massage but she can spot problems with the body on her own. Her technique way out surpasses anybody else's.
Cat is the absolute best, have been seeing her for over 20 years!
