Spoke with Mr. Barrett about a speeding ticket (83/70) in a non commercial vehicle. He asked for a drivers license abstract, I agreed and sent it to him a spotless CDL abstract. Spoke with him again, he said it would be $250 for the representation and whatever the fine was, I agreed, he said he would be there on the court date. Guess who never went to court. Yep Mr. Barrett, now after being found guilty of speeding, paying the fine nominal compared to the 3 years of doom with the insurance company. I would not recommend.

Mr. Barrett represented my son who had a fender bender with a guard rail. We reached out to Mr. Barrett's office over a 3-day weekend and were surprised to get a call back before the work week got underway. We emailed everything to Mr. Barrett and he took care of the rest - he managed to get the charges dismissed completely!
