John Jackson helped us through the process of buying our first home and we couldn’t recommend him and Barrett Financial Group enough! Super helpful, quick responses, and overall made a complicated process pretty simple and easy.
Working with John and Chandler was amazing. I was using another lender and they were 3/4 of a percentage higher on my rate and 12k higher in closing costs. After having an initial discussion with them I realized they were much better prepared and knowledgeable. Their experience and expertise helped us close in 2 weeks and have 0 issues. In all 4 home buying process this one was by far the smoothest. I 100% recommend using them.
John Jackson was our broker and did a fantastic job supporting us throughout the entire home buying process. He was incredibly professional, provided a lot of personal and professional advice and feedback, and truly just wanted the best results for us even if it meant us working with someone else. Barrett Financial was fantastic to work with and extremely helpful in buying my first home! Michael was great to work with and helped me understand the whole loan process and worked with me all through out the process, at all hours since I was working nights at the time of the purchase.
