This lender is known for being late on closing. Our buyers attorney (buyer was working with Barrett) reached out to our agent letting us know this information. We have heard nothing with both our agent and the buyers agent reaching out for status updates. Absolutely zero communication from the lender. Zero sense of urgency post original closing date.
