Pure Motion Barre has transformed my entire being. Not only have I become stronger, more flexible, and lost weight, but I have more energy, and feel more connected to myself. No more feeling embarrassed when I pull out the shorts this spring! I truly feel like the best version of myself! This Studio emphasizes proper form, which ensures that my middle-aged body stays safe, while I tone up! I love PMB!
The best place around for barre! Stephanie runs an amazing business. She always make sure that you're in correct form so that you get the optimal workout! All of the instructors are great. Awesome studio, always very clean and the new addition downstairs is awesome! I always leave feeling amazing, and a little sore (but in a good way!)!
I have never been so insulted in my life...the owner is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever had the displeasure in dealing with. Be aware if you hit the "book" class and cancel it 10 mins later mind you days in advance they will NOT refund you. Also, if this does happen to you prepare yourself for long winded response at 4 am explaining why her life has made her a bad business owner with 0 customer service skills.
I LOVE PMB. Stephanie runs an incredible studio.
