I’m very pleased with Christopher Barraza. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, respectful & responsive notary there’s none better than Chris!
Started off unprofessional and unprepared. The title company copied me and Barraza Notary services two days before the closing, to set up a time to sign documents. I had recommended a 9am closing, which was in the body of the email. My wife and I have a busy schedule, hence the need for online services. After making phone calls to the title company, the notary finally called me at 9:30 on the closing day. The online portal initially rejected my identification.
