Too many houses jammed together. The estate is going to be even bigger, looks like legoland. No shops, pubs or schools nearby and one narrow road into Exeter which is always choked with slow moving traffic.
I have recently completed my sale at the development and have to say I am really happy. The house is excellent quality, the sales team were so helpful and continue to be helpful even after I have moved in, checking I am OK. The site team are amazing. Always on hand to resolve minor problems that have occurred and even offered to help move a mattress upstairs for me after the delivery men refused. Would highly recommend!
