We have had a series of things that have happened since I have moved in to my new home. The list of problems have been endless but the main and more concerning issue is the fact that in our bathroom the seal was not fitted properly. Therefore water was running through our electrical system. Looking to putchase a new home in the area and just walked in without any appointment. I was expecting to be asked to make an appointment before, but surprisingly the sales team were rrally friendly and explained to us anything we needed to know about the properties, realising times and other useful information. The show homes are really impressive and helped us to make a decision. Strongly recommend!
Our Experience has been really good so far and the only thing that annoyed me today is the attitude of this sales women Bridget. She needed to understand we will be spending alot of money with Barratts homes. I am in sales my self and people dont spend as much money but they get an excellent 5 star service. I won Best customer satisfaction award 2 years in a row, i know how to deal with people.
