When I managed to get in touch with the owner, i found her very nice and helpful. We are lucky that we live about 30 minute drive from their location. Still getting in touch via phone or email is not an easy task
This company has the absolute worst customer service on the planet. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from them ever. My partner has 3 pairs of EXPENSIVE goggles that are unusable - and after multiple times reaching out - I finally heard from someone who said "if you want to send them to us, we can adjust them for you." No label. No apology. No nothing. Wow.
This is a warehouse in the Toklat area with nobody present, nobody answering phone, no posted hours... They are moving to a new place 2nd quarter of 2024? An update: When I managed to get in touch with the owner, i found her very nice and helpful.
