After my previous experience with Barr, Jones & Associates, I had hoped that, when they reached out to “resolve” the situation, they were acting in good faith. What I encountered instead was a conversation that quickly shifted from resolution to defense of their own failures, culminating in an offer of $500 in exchange for removing my review.
