Really disappointing. We approached this firm for our first mortgage, and received an initial email from them. Despite replying several times over several weeks, we still have yet to hear back from the gentleman in question, and have had to find an alternative broker. We need a responsive company to work with, and it feels like pulling teeth even getting an email back from them. EDIT: Not a wonderful response from Barr.
