A 1st class operation
The lady answering the phone should not even get paid. She should be sent home on a permanently leave of absence. She is so rude. She can not even pronounce words and when asked to please spell it phonetically she starts using wear words that now it creates another problem to understand her the she has the courage to say that the caller can not spell. I could spell very well if she could pronounce clearly. She really set a bad tone and any future expectations.
