The Harmony and Essence Retreat at the Kingsford Estate, was just incredible from the moment we arrived. The itinerary was perfect. I haven’t felt this relaxed and content in years. The extraordinary Chris performing a very impressive sound bath experience, was just on a next level. Accomodation, food, company and all the activities has just been perfect.
