Absolutely fantastic customer service!!! 💍 I popped the question to my partner right after the helicopter ride and the entire crew were beyond supportive. My original plan of hot air balloon was cancelled and their team was also uncooperative from the beginning. However, the Barossa Helicopter team (Bridget especially) helped me very last minute to make our special moment unforgettable! Could not thank them enough 🙌🏼
Had the BEST time with Barossa Helicopters.From the moment we walked in, Bille was so lovely and made us feel super welcome. Our pilot Nick was awesome,really friendly and made us feel totally safe up there. He gave us such a cool perspective of the Barossa and pointed out heaps of interesting spots along the way. We had our first-ever helicopter ride yesterday – a quick 10-minute flight, but absolutely thrilling! The views were breathtaking and the staff made us feel safe and comfortable throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking to try something new and exciting!
