I am writing to report an incident that occurred at Baron Drugs pharmacy. While I was sick and seeking assistance, a pharmacist spoke to me in a disrespectful and dismissive manner. Their tone and attitude made an already difficult situation much worse and left me feeling belittled rather than supported. I ask that this issue be looked into and addressed, as this behavior is not what I expect from a healthcare professional. Please confirm that my complaint has been received and let me know what steps will be taken.
Baron Pharmacy consistently delivers outstanding service. The staff is highly knowledgeable, patient and always approachable, which makes every interaction pleasant and reassuring. Their delivery system is efficient, reliable and incredibly convenient—I receive my medications quickly and without any issues. The entire process is seamless from start to finish. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism this pharmacy provides.

Yesterday, 11/7/24, I walked out of Baron Drugs for what I hope will be the final time. This has been my family pharmacy since 1972. In fifty years, there has been only one mistake - until the business was sold a few years ago. More than half of my transactions since that point have not been smooth at all. When I had Covid last year, they told me that had the prescription. I double masked, went there, and they said "oh, yeah. We were wrong."
