This place is wonderful. VERY clean, super welcoming, kind & polite staff, and their delivery service is top notch! I was recently having an issue with one of my scripts getting filled (hooray insurance!). The woman I spoke with on the phone quickly identified what was happening, found out how to resolve it, and pointed me in the exact right direction. 10/10, 5 stars, AND Gold Medals all around!

I am writing to report an incident that occurred at Baron Drugs pharmacy. While I was sick and seeking assistance, a pharmacist spoke to me in a disrespectful and dismissive manner. Their tone and attitude made an already difficult situation much worse and left me feeling belittled rather than supported. I ask that this issue be looked into and addressed, as this behavior is not what I expect from a healthcare professional.
