Great investments but they always brag about supporting green companies and literally send a 1 inch think prospectus book 4 times a year! I have asked them not to. Most companies send a postcard with a QR code now. the ones that are interested in reading the book will take the time to look it up. Its a tree killer. I have asked several times to go paperless. i don't know what it's so hard.
I want to give zero stars. This is HORRID company. My father died in JANUARY of last year and had an annuity with them. I will never place any money with them. I have sent them their 10 plus page claim for with a medallion signature (yeah not a notary a Medallion level signature!!) And the death certificate and the executor paperwork AND a w9 because they "cannot" close his account they have to reopen another account and then close that one.
