Excessive confidence resulting in unmet expectations. Negotiate your prepayment fee upfront if you decide to move forward. There are plenty of better attorneys in the area that will deliver.
Cory was fantastic. The company I was dealing with was refusing pay despite not having a good argument as to why they should not pay me. Cory wrote them a very well-thought out letter that they couldn't refute, and after a few phone calls, they caved and agreed to pay me. The company was not taking me seriously until Cory got involved and they very quickly changed their tune after that.
