I've never had any problem with this office.
They lost my check for excise on my car, failed to do an abatement, and turned me in to the deputy tax collector for their mistakes. I had proof that they had the check because they cashed the other one, and I sent it in the envelope that they supplied. Then they said they would research it, and call me back. That never happened either. Possibly the dumbest people I’ve ever met.
I have always found this office to be friendly and helpful.
