All places have rules and procedures they have to go through, but they have been very considerate with me.
This place doesn’t deserve any star rating. But since I can’t post this review without giving one, I’ll give them a one star rating. The customer service is rude and they obviously don’t care about their customers. I thought customer service was supposed to be friendly and helpful. This place is personally owned by the same guy who owns all of Barnes Crossing dealerships. They love to take advantage of their customers especially those that are young and have no credit. This car company is truly HELL AND A NIGHTMARE I called them to make a FULL payment on my car June 6 they they told me NO they wanted PAYMENT for June and may even though June note wasn’t late I told April boss I was going to make a payment next week when I got paid from my other job and she refused to accept my may payment 5 days later I park my car and come Outside to find out the mf car is missing ! They towed my car 4 hours away and wanted me to pay a 1500 towing fee on top of my 2 car notes even though June wasn’t late ... read more
