Let me tell you. I thought customer service & anyone being good at their job was literally dead in America until I went here. I had been at another furniture store & asked for swatches of the newly released Rowe fabric line I had seen them show on Instagram from market, but the salesperson told me they hadn’t received them yet and it’d be a while.
