We used hem about five years ago, had a great experience. We need an attorney’s advice now, and have tried to get an appointment three ways (phone call, stopped in the office, and did a request through their web page). Zero response every time.

We had originally contacted another law firm who seemed unexcited about our transaction, I think their preference was to work only with agents.
