Our experience was outstanding and better than o ever imagined. Michael was upfront, honest and always set the expectations with us. Always there to communicate via email when needed and would keep me up to date when I didn't ask. He Even would answer my "dumb" questions. He gave me people to reach ourt to in order to contact the Mexican Consult to check on our delay. We recommend him to everyone we know and he will let you know if he can or cannot help you.
