100% would not recommend this place! Especially for welders! They allow there unit team lead in weld to get away with harassing other employees making sexual comments to young women etc etc extensive complaints had been made to HR but management sweep’s it under the rug since he is a company man. Skilled welder after skilled welder has left this place due to the same issue do yourself a favor and go down the road to standard aero!
I went to Barnes Areospace's job fair on 2/24. I was extended an offer by Garth Gabriel the Senior HR manager. I was told that I would receive an email with an offer letter on 2/26 to sign and send back them. I have heard nothing from the company and it's 2/28. I've tried to reach out to the company but all you get is a voice-mail. I guess it doesn't mean anything anymore when someone shakes your hand and say welcome aboard.
