I was referred to Barner&Barner when filing my husbands will - which was contested by adversarial family members. Brent and his staff were great ! I had little knowledge of what this whole process was going to entail. They were compassionate and guided me through the whole thing. Very professionial and timely. I have nothing but positive feelings and would recommend them without question.
I was referred to Attorney Brett Barner to assist with handling an estate which involved some complicated matters. Mr. Barner and his staff were both professional and compassionate throughout the probate process and my family and I are so grateful.
Barner and Barner handled the administration of my mother's Estate and Trust. Brett and Robb are knowledgeable and professional. They guided me through the entire process and effectively defended me against some very adversarial beneficiaries. They were great to work with and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
They seem to take forever in responding to my email requests for updated Estate information, like they were ignoring me. They had submitted a petition to Court stating that I had already received Estate accouting information when definitely I had not received such information so that Petition had to be delayed. I would never have them represent me even for free! I have a very negative feeling about them. My opinion: spend your legal fees elsewhere.
I hired Barner and Barner when my sisters sued me for breach of fiduciary responsibility for a purported mismanagement of my brother Guardianship. Barner and Barner were professional, knew the Guardianship and Estate Laws and were excellent in court. Robb Armstrong was great at explaining the law and used his personal experiences and extensive litigation experience to fiercely advocate for me as my brother's guardian and in the fiduciary litigation.
