The daughter/owner (i believe Tina) is super friendly, informative and helpful. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our experience. The mother/other owner of this place was beyond rude. She was extremely pushy and felt threatening almost. She repeatedly asked “well what are you looking for?” and she wouldn’t accept that we were just browsing. I stop in while just driving by.. staff were very helpful and nice. Plenty of items for sale and very organized.
We were excited to check out this shop, but the customer service left us feeling uncomfortable. The tone and attitude from management came across as rude and belittling, which really took away from the experience. It’s a shame, because the store itself has potential, but we didn’t feel welcomed.
