This office is nothing but a disgrace. A non-offending parent who had no record, completed everything ordered by the court and a home approved by the state, had their rights violated beyond measure. Paul Post did not do a single thing to help. In fact, in the end, after 10 long months in a case that should have been closed in two months, he sided with DHS who was feverishly fighting tooth and nail for the other party! Difficult to get phone calls returned most time get voice mail no response or acknowledgement to e mails at all whatsoever and forgets important details till the last min feel like every court date walk in unprepared and he's just there to break the news to me no plan of action. Nothing. Discouraging. This case has been hopeless and I recommend a private attourney. When it comes to the children. It's worth it to be safe and know they are being taught for not just settling for the crumbs. 🤷♀️
My experience was great with this office. Both the very friendly lady up front and with Mr. Post. They were able to see me when others couldn't fit me in, and they did so in a very timely manner. He took the time to listen and understand my issue and then gave me solid advice. I felt I was in good hands, and should I need another attorney, they will be my first call.
Really enjoyed the conversation even he gave us the news we didn't want to hear. I think he is a good man.
