If I could rate this '0' I would do. My aunty spent 3 months at this home the decline in her health and wellbeing during this time has been dramatic. The cleanliness of the property is lacking from juice jugs left on a high shelf with no lifs to residents incontience issues being left to cause issues for other residents, staff and visitors even after being notified.
