I can’t say enough good things about the way Barletta handled a warranty/service issue we had with our pontoon. The situation had been dragging on for quite some time, largely because the dealer had dropped the ball and the process was taking far longer than it ever should have. We recently purchased our Cabrio UE pontoon and love it so much that we wanted to proudly fly a Canadian flag on it so we ordered the very pricey flag and mounting pole pkg from Barletta. Well it was very disappointing to receive a cheap screen printed (one side only) dollar store quality Canadian flag compared to the heavy fabric, beautifully embroidered and stitched American flag. Our Canadian flag won’t last a season it’s so cheaply and poorly made. Do better for your Canadian customers Barletta! Very disappointing.
Bought my Barletta pontoon from Yachts to Sea in Nashville Illinois. After a fun day of boating the Bimini refused to go down. Called and Jerry said it would be next week before they could make it to me as I’m an hour away from their business. Explained I was having company this weekend if at all possible could they make it sooner. Within the hour they called and said they could make it that day if I was available.
