When we first started with this tax firm, they were a great bunch of people to deal with. Very diligent and getting things done in a timely manner. Things started falling off the rails the last 4 years and still stayed with them until this year. The lady I dealt with is not pleasant and once again put our stuff to the side in the past. Small investors get no service or support.
I have relied on this company for the last seven or eight years to deal with my taxes. It's always been so easy , and releases a lot of stress during tax .season. Our latest visit involved issues my wife was having with Medicare. We had a consultation with Terri at the end of it he didn't even charge us. If you are searching for a trustworthy and honest business to help deal with your tax or financial issues I highly recommend this company. Lastly, fees are fare as well.
Just stopped provided cpa services without even a call or notice, I got word from another cpa service they threw some other clients to curb and I just called in to check the status of my account with them and then was told yes we don’t do book keeping anymore. It would be nice to let people know instead of leaving them in the dark
Horrible experience and way too expensive. I'm retired military with a pension check of about $39k a year and I made $700 door dashing. They said I'll get back $309 and then charged me $304 for their services saying that it's because I own my own business of door dashing LoL! I also dropped my taxes off early February and they didn't complete them until April 3rd. Probably could have done them myself in 1hr. Never going back
