Just stopped provided cpa services without even a call or notice, I got word from another cpa service they threw some other clients to curb and I just called in to check the status of my account with them and then was told yes we don’t do book keeping anymore. It would be nice to let people know instead of leaving them in the dark

Horrible experience and way too expensive. I'm retired military with a pension check of about $39k a year and I made $700 door dashing. They said I'll get back $309 and then charged me $304 for their services saying that it's because I own my own business of door dashing LoL! I also dropped my taxes off early February and they didn't complete them until April 3rd. Probably could have done them myself in 1hr. Never going back

So the story goes. I started a small business and asked a friend who he used which was this company. So I have been a client for the past 4 years. Possibly five. Can't quite remember. When last year we were told that our personal advisor had "retired" literally the last week before they were due. And had to go to a different accountant to finish that year's taxes.
