I met an amazing BFCU employee in Shannon Robertson at the Ellerbe road branch. I was feeling extremely overwhelmed with the loan process and she took ownership and FIXED everything. She did it quietly, professionally and completely! She took a bad situation and caused a complete 360 change of direction! The situation was closed with grace and ease when Ms Karen Easterly closed the deal. I am so very grateful for you both!!!
