Nice, friendly staff We have been banking with Barksdale for about 4 years now. We love the online banking where we can check our account balance at anytime. The employees are always nice and helpful.
Nice, friendly staff We have been banking with Barksdale for about 4 years now. We love the online banking where we can check our account balance at anytime. The employees are always nice and helpful. PROS: Friendly, competent, and helpful employees. CONS:
Friendly Employees We don't bank with Barksdale FCU but we do use them to deposit to our credit union since its out of state. Every time we go into the bank we are treated well and they have excellent customer service.
Great place to bank I use their online service more than anything else. The staff in the locations are always helpful and know what they are talking about. If you call their center for information they are just a qualified as the ones in the branches. I have not had any problems with them, except when we tried to get our truck. They are strict and hard to get loans through, but that's the only downside that I have found.
Bank I love the online banking and the over the phone help line. I just recently switched to this bank and I love it. They will help you in any way that they can to make sure you are satisfied. My daughter loves brings her piggy bank here to get her change filtered through the large change machine they have. I know several people who come just for the change machine.
Good Bank I love that I can do my banking online or over the telephone. Anytime I need help with my account I always get a friendly person that knows what they are doing to help me. : )
Not bad I have never had a Acct with them but I did go there a few times to change Change since they have a Change Machiene and my Branch doesn't. I also called to get Savings Acct Information because I was thinking of opening my Kids' Savings accts there. The People I encountered have been nice. If I was looking for a new Bank I would go to this 1.
