For nine years, Dr. McKenzie cared for my Maltese, Coco, and I can truly say he is an exceptional veterinarian. His kindness, patience, and genuine love for animals showed in every visit. I've been here three times and every single time I've come it's always kind of dirty. There's dog hair on the chairs all on the floor. It's just not very sanitary and every single time I come I have to wait for a very long time even when I have an appointment. So I'm taking my dog elsewhere. I will not be recommending this place at all.
I brought my pet in for what should have been a simple veterinary visit, and unfortunately, my experience left me feeling more like I was being sold services than receiving care. My pet is perfectly healthy, yet the gentleman with the iPad who spoke very very loud seemed far more focused on adding tests, procedures, and recommendations to my bill than addressing the reason I originally came in.
