Working with Diane Barker was a significant waste of time and resources. In my experience, she was an ineffective advocate and was easily defeated in court. I found her approach to be unprofessional and would not recommend her services to anyone needing competent representation.

In my case, I felt that Diane Barker’s approach was aggressive and dismissive of both the facts and the family’s circumstances. Key information I provided wasn’t used accurately, and her courtroom tactics, in my view, pushed the limits of fairness. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her for matters involving children or sensitive family issues.

First conversation today: 1. Forgot about our first meeting today. 2. Brags about her close friendship with Justice Marvin Kurz who defamed me, on RECORD. 3. Blasts my credibility after OPP ADMITS their error. Time for someone who understands facts - not small town biases.

This lawyer is not especially competent and could be easily defeated in court—if the process were fair. Instead, she thrives on cooperation with other crooked lawyers and judges, turning your case into a long, expensive, and emotionally draining ordeal. I lost my children, my finances, and years of peace thanks to this nightmare. If you value your sanity and your future, look elsewhere.
