Ive not had service in 2 days. How do I get in touch to fix the problem
Not the best Customer service and not very knowledgeable in the product
If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I went in to see plan and pricing options and there was one lady working who didn’t acknowledge us when we came in and finally glared at us to ask “Are you here to make a payment?” When I explained that we weren’t customers but were interested in learning about the plans they offer she looked back at her computer and didn’t say a word.
