If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I went in to see plan and pricing options and there was one lady working who didn’t acknowledge us when we came in and finally glared at us to ask “Are you here to make a payment?” When I explained that we weren’t customers but were interested in learning about the plans they offer she looked back at her computer and didn’t say a word. They won’t help you change your security questions and answers. And will question if you are even the person trying to change them. Crappy place all around
Only one person was working that day but she done a wonderful job helping everyone.
Staff was super friendly and we had our service changed over within 30 minutes & saved over $80 a month for basically the same plan from other carrier. Highly recommend
