I would just like to say how awesome and friendly the OB staff was, nurses and doctors. The one that really meant the most was Kent, he was such a great nurse and one of the friendliest ones I’ve met. Went above and beyond! He deserves a promotion or a raise. Most welcoming visit we’ve gotten. Thank you for helping us bring our child into the world and being so kind and helpful. Thank you Alma Hospital and thank you Kent! 10/10
It is hard for me to share my experience here cause it was so traumatic and it was in late October of 2024 so please bear with me. I went to this hospital thinking they would help me cause I was scromiting and they took a look at me. I told them it might be from Cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome and they left me to rot in the lobby as I'm puking away. Spite-filled, revenge-taking monsters! During a stay filled with constant ridicule and harassment, it was stated multiple times that my end-of-life care would involve discontinuation of dependent medication that would result in severe withdrawals, restraints, and sedation as payback for my behavior at the time!
Mom in e r Friday evening...everyone there wonderful. Admitted and sent to 2nd floor. Nurse Kendra not so nice! Very short on answers and not friendly.
