Very professional consultant and customer service outstanding to Amy. She always give me best outfit advised what the the best look on me. She honest and helpful, I can see she work with all her heart.
We went to the store 5th July looking for my daughter's formal dress. She had a list of shops she wanted to go to but looking at their websites, they were all out of my price league. After some more googling I found this shop. Such a variety of dresses and certainly affordable with their sales. Great range. Even greater customer service. We were buying a dress for my daughter's formal. The shop manager/retail person - Amy was incredibly helpful. She knew what is in stock, what sizes etc. She knows what she is doing !! She is a great example for all the retailers out there on how to look after customers and make them feel better.
