awful customer service! i walked into the store with high hopes of feeling welcomed and comfortable, however i got the complete opposite. i walked in on a friday afternoon while there was only one other family there, i walked in and wasnt even greeted until i said hi to the worker myself, and i was replied with a grunted "hi" i continued shopping without any offer of assistance once the worker finally asked what i was shopping for and i said my valedictory she responded with a very uninterested "ok" and she walked away. she ... read more

My daughter walked into the Richmond store yesterday to purchase her Valedictory dress. She wasn't asked if she would like some assistance even though the store was empty. My daughter selected two dresses to try on and proceeded to the change rooms. Whilst undressing and only in her underwear the shop assistant came and opened the curtain and two other families that had come into the store where there revealing my daughter to these people. Order 27613 I have emailed and messaged your websites chat function and had no reply. Find it funny you can post advertisements but not respond to paying customers. I placed an order for Cassandra Vollmer on Thursday 2nd December. It was after 10am. So according to your website would be shipped the next day.
