John was able to accommodate my rush order on pens for an upcoming event I had. He kept in good communication throughout as we worked thru editing the logo for the pen, prices were reasonable and importantly it came out looking great. Turnaround time from initial contact to receiving was only 4-5 business days. Very happy with the service overall.
