이십년만에 이사를하게되어 오래 사용한 가구들을 버리고 침대와 화장대 등 기타가구들을 사려고 여기저기 여타의 가구점을 돌아다니며 발품을 팔았지만 쉽지않은 일이었습니다 특히나 침대 메트리스가 좋은것을 고르는데 여간 신경씌이는일이아니었죠 미국 가구점들이야 여기저기 많이들 있지만 애프터써비스라던가 하자가있을경우를 생각하니 더욱더 신중을 기할수밖에없었습니다 하필이면 이사하는날이 여름들어 최고로 더운날이었는데 땀을 뻘뻘 흘리며 가구들을 나르고 조립해준 히스패닉 직원들의 노고에 몸둘바를 모르겠더군요 무엇을하던 별문제가 없이 지나간다면 얼마나 좋을까만은 예상치못하게 가구들이 문제가 발생을해서 애프터서비스를 받느라 분통터트리는 경우를 간혹 봐온터라 걱정이 많이 되었는데 해피바잉가구점의 여사장님이 친절하게 설명을 해주시며 웃음을 잃지않고 마무리를 잘해주시어 우리부부가 감동을 받았지요 장사하면서 짜증내지않고 끝까지 웃음을 잃지않으며 손님대하기가 쉽지않거든요 사실 가구라는것이 한번사고나면 몇십년씩 쓰는것이라서 어떻하던 팔고나면 그만이라는 생각으로 손님을 대... read more
Honestly, unless you're the person solely making the decisions for the furniture in your household, don't bother to go unless everyone else is there. They don't want you to take pictures, nor do they have a catalog that you could take to look at stuff and discuss with other people in the household. Bought many furniture from them for several years now. Can’t say nothing but good things.
We unfortunately lost our extension cord for our couch on the move recently. My mother had called and asked if they had a spare, mind you we purchased our furniture from them about 5 years ago. The lady on the phone went above and beyond and was able to find one for us! Thank you!
