Absolutely terrible. The main guy who owns the place named Sal has terrible business ethics. We ordered a sofa and the zipper was not working correctly so we kindly asked to order a replacement piece vis phone. The guy sal ignores us for months and when we finally go to the store he shames us for coming to his store and has a terrible attitude while we start off very calm when we are the ones who should be mad at him. I was in search of two new bedroom sets, one for me and one for my teenage daughter. Bargain House had so many options to choose from. Sales Associate Kinjal was so very helpful and very efficient with helping me find the perfect sets for us. My daughter and I are in love with our new rooms. Delivery and set up was quick and thorough. 10/10 I definitely recommend. 🙂
Literally never going back to a regular furniture store, the employees don’t feel like they’re trying to just make money off of you, everyone is genuine and so sweet. Nothing seems modern now and days and this is the only place i found where it fits me, I got the savvy dining set as well as a new couch and I’ll soon shop for more, highly recommend!!!
Probably the most unprofessional business I’ve dealt with. The sales rep worked with me on the price a little bit so i give him credit for that. But that’s it. From there nothing but lies and rudeness. The sales rep ignores my phone calls when he promised me a certain day for delivery and changed it 2 times he also promised that they will take a part my old bed and remove it from room and finally when the day comes the time for delivery was suppose to be from 6pm-8pm they showed up at 10pm and they started to rush to the poi... read more
