I had a great experience shopping at Cozy Home. The staff was really helpful and made the process easy from start to finish. My furniture was delivered quickly, and the team even handled the installation right away. Everything was set up perfectly, and I was impressed with how smooth it all went. The prices were very affordable too, which made it even better. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely shop here again Thank you guys

I looked everywhere for a good deal, and Cozy Home Furniture had prices that were way better than the competition. I absolutely love my new living room set—the quality is great, the prices are unbeatable, and the delivery was fast and smooth

This store was my first headache. Bad service, I bought a bed, the wood arrived scratched and the mattress broken and then they gave me a mattress cover that was not suitable. They gave me a cover and it was not the original cover and then they had a recliner pending and it took 2 months to arrive and it was a different color. I had to go to the store more than 6 times to complain and they never gave me an answer about my delayed product. Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a set of tables from this store, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. First, they promised next-day delivery—didn’t happen. Then they brought the wrong items: only part of the set arrived (a coffee table and a side table), and even those were incorrect. I made it clear multiple times what I ordered, but they kept delivering the wrong color and items I never asked for. They have come multiple times and still can’t get it right.
