We bought a recliner and a couch from them almost 2 years ago. The couch has mechanism problems on both sides with the recliner ends. The recliner also has problems and they have said twice they have parts ordered from lazy boy. Have not heard from them since. Really bad ownership. Would not recommend buying anything from them and they have told me and told me they would get them problems fixed.
