We bought a recliner and a couch from them almost 2 years ago. The couch has mechanism problems on both sides with the recliner ends. The recliner also has problems and they have said twice they have parts ordered from lazy boy. Have not heard from them since. Really bad ownership. Would not recommend buying anything from them and they have told me and told me they would get them problems fixed. WOW! What a nice experience. Found everything we were looking for. Sofa, Love seat, Recliner, and Queen size mattress. Good quality furniture at a very low price. The Sullivan's were very helpful with showing us the furniture without being pushy. They gave us plenty of space to make our decisions and still answered all our questions. Delivered the same day! The folks here treat you like family. Never pushy will help you with the decisions you need (only if you ask). They have all the name brands others have just priced lower. We stopped by there on the way to our new home in Bogue Chitto and as amaze at the selection. When I told them what I was looking for, they didn’t have what I wanted but could and did order it.
