I purchased a bed from Bargain Furniture in Lafayette, LA and paid with my debit card. The store has failed twice to deliver the correct merchandise. 1st time: I picked up the bed myself and the rails inside the box were the wrong color (white). 2nd time: They delivered another set of rails that were the wrong color again (grey), and they also placed queen-size black rails on top of the box and told us to “make it work” for a king-size bed. There was a hole in the box spring that I purchased🙁it took a week to replace it🙁 the replacement box spring also had a slight tear on it. They give you a delivery time and the delivery is four and a half hour later . The whole experience was too stressful got me.
Service wasn't helpful they take ur money and there late bringing u purchase not to mention they sucker u into a delivery and dont put it together for u in a hurry to leave.
The service was great. The prices are high and the quality of the products are terrible. I bought a $500 mattress set that isn’t a mattress and I can feel the slats in the box spring. It’s almost worse than sleeping on the ground. The $1295 sofa I bought is not the one like the one we picked out. I am beyond angry! This is a sham of a deal!!!
I was very impressed by ALL of the great deals Bargain Furniture had on their quality furniture. It's hard to find a place that still have a layaway plan that allows you to be able to pay on your purchase for one year. The store is very organized, the employees are Awesome 👍, friendly and helpful to ALL of their customers.
