Very poor and disappointing service. We had hired a car for 5 days for our time in Tasmania. On the second day of use, the car (without warning) stopped abruptly on the highway out of Hobart. This made for a very unsafe situation, as we were unable to move the car to a safe area. The police also turned up and threatened us with fines for stopping in such a dangerous location (but we could not help this - the car simply stopped). It’s not exist. We rent the car on the internet. When we get there. The place was out of order. Couldn’t find bargain car rentals company in DEV. Can’t give zero or negative stars.
Great service! Vince helped us with the extension of the hire car. As a business owner myself I can see the other side and why some business response times can not always be to the customers expectations when a business is in the growing phase. We were patient and received our response. Vince went over and above for us.
